All membership purchases made through Just4U are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any returns or refunds for our membership products.

If the service does not deliver what was promised, you have the right to complain for 3 years. After 3 years, the right of complaint does not apply.

16. Payment terms
VIP memberships are purchased and renewed in a one-time payment for the selected plan (1 month).
When you purchase VIP membership, you are charged directly.
Value added tax (VAT) is 25% according to the EU’s standard rules for VAT.
Payment and VIP membership have no binding period.
You can cancel your membership at any time.
Payment is charged on the day you become a member for our VIP membership.
The payments are the same for all our members and our payment plans.
Payments are made only in Swedish kronor (SEK).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service, including those that engage in fraudulent or fraudulent behavior.
17. Monitoring
We monitor all members by actively monitoring all activities that occur on the site. The dating site does not contain computer generated profiles and to avoid fraud all members must verify their email. On the backend, we have access to all profiles and can monitor everything that happens on the website. To monitor users, we use the “simple history” extension where we can see different things, for example:

§ Widgets receive information when someone adds, updates, or removes a widget in a sidebar
§ Extension activation and deactivation
§ User Profiles information about users who have been added, updated or removed
§ User logins see when a user logs in or out. Also see when a user fails to login (good way to detect brute-force login attempts).
§ Failed user logins see when someone has tried to login with failed. The log will then include the IP address of the possible hacker.
§ Edits menu
§ Options screens show details of changes made to the various settings sections of WordPress. Things like changes to the site title and permalink structure will be logged.
§ Privacy when a privacy id is created or set on a new page.
§ Data feed see when a data feed request is added and when this request is approved by the user, downloaded by an administrator, or sent to the user via email.
§ User data erasure request see when a user data erasure request is added and when this request is accepted by the user and when user data is deleted. We also use Secure Copy Content Protection and Content Locking extensions to reduce members copying other members or spambots.
18. Actions against copyright
We monitor the site to ensure that copyrighted images are not used without permission. Members using such images will be banned from the site.
19. Fake accounts
We do not accept the creation of fake accounts on our website. It is against our terms to create a profile that contains false information, misleading details or impersonates another person. Our users are expected to provide accurate and honest information about themselves in their profiles, and we take any violation of this policy very seriously. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service, including those that engage in fraudulent or fraudulent behavior.
